Shipping policy

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 An estimated delivery date is provided on the product and checkout page and be emailed to you in your order confirmation email.

We will email you an order despatch email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been posted.

Our orders are usually dispatched next working day. If orders are placed on a Friday, they will be dispatched the next working day which will be Monday unless a bank holiday.

We do not have any collections at weekends and delivery days are Monday to Friday.

Please note: Any orders taken after 14:00 will not be consider within the working day of dispatch.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Deliveries will be made weekdays by Royal Mail Tracked 48 9am - 6pm. It is not possible to specify a time of delivery.

International Purchases
The customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes when purchasing outside the UK.
