Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 An estimated delivery date is provided on the product and checkout page and be emailed to you in your order confirmation email.

We will email you an order despatch email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been posted.

Our orders are usually dispatched next working day. If orders are placed on a Friday, they will be dispatched the next working day which will be Monday unless a bank holiday.

We do not have any collections at weekends and delivery days are Monday to Friday.

Please note: Any orders taken after 18:00 will not be consider within the working day of dispatch.

Deliveries will be made weekdays by Royal Mail Tracked 48 9am - 6pm. It is not possible to specify a time of delivery.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The goods have no signs of use or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Please state your name and order number when returning orders.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

When returning good for refund they should be returned in the same condition as you received them. Suitable packaging should be used to protect the items for transport. Any items damaged due to non compliance will result in either reduced refund or no refund.  The items will be returned to you and the cost for the shipping will need to be covered by the customer. This also may result in being disposed of if refusal of covering the return shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returned goods from failed deliveries

If an order is delivered to us from a failed delivery please be aware to have your order reshipped will incur further shipping charge, if you are to then cancel your order the original shipping costs are not refunded.
