Shipping Information

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

NO... We only ship to the UK but have plans for international shipping soon.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We ship packages with “Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48”. We also use “Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 Letterbox” for smaller items

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

We aim to have your order shipped within 2-3 working days

RECEIVED MESSAGE SAYING MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT HASN’T ARRIVED?

Please contact the courier company first as this may have been an error with scanning and the local depot will have more information.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

Please email photographs with any damaged products and packaging it arrived in. We will then open a claim with the courier and send out replacements to you. Please be patient as the couriers don’t make this easy

Orders and Returns

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURNS POLICY?

If you wish to return an item, we must be made aware via an email to info@toolsandjigs.com
within 14 days of receiving your item. Please ensure you state your order number, and the item you wish to return in the email. From the date of your email, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us, and for us
to receive it.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process, once the item is received back with Tools and Jigs Ltd

We do not cover shipping on returns or exchanges unless faulty.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email info@toolsandjigs.com the same day your orders placed. We process the days deliveries in the afternoon for next day collection.
